Working with Midland Power Inc. as the design manager, we developed a new line of electric powered air compressors under the licensed brand name Hyundai Power Equipment. With a strong understanding of the full use scenario, our goal was to create an air-compressor product line that could not only be shipped more efficiently in a container, but also to earn its keep while in use. The resulting innovative vertical design reduces the footprint in the work environment, and multiple storage compartments allow the user to maneuver within a job easily.

We worked directly with overseas manufacturers to meet our cost and timing deadlines, whilst maintaining the quality and innovation we sought out in the initial concepts.
